From Healing to Community Action
It began with a simple act of restoration. Our founder started by healing his own land, transforming degraded soil into fertile ground. This personal journey of regeneration became the seed for something much larger.
The Save 8 Mile Khola campaign marked our first collective action. When this sacred river sourced directly from the Senchal Wildlife Sanctuary faced pollution threats, our community rose to protect it. We understood that the health of our watersheds determines the wellbeing of all life downstream.
Today, the Zero Waste Andolan has grown into a people-led movement that sees waste not as a problem, but as misplaced resources. We work with nature’s cycles, understanding that in the natural world, there is no waste only transformation.
